Project consisted of Streetprint Textured Asphalt application for a large shared commercial parking lot for the Lowes Home Improvement and Target shopping center located in the city of Hialeah, FL. The design concept being that the entire perimeter of the asphalt parking lot have a decorative aspect to it to minimize the visual effect to the neighborhood that is typical of large commercial asphalt parking lots. The main pattern is Diagonal Herringbone Brick while the center section of the entrance road as well as the handful of crosswalks was done in Running Bond Brick. The colors involved were Terracotta and Concrete Grey. There are many benefits to the owners of the property as a result of using Streetprint Textured Asphalt. Some of them are as follows:

-- Since the pattern is imprinted on the asphalt, there are no joints for water to seep in and damage the base. No damaged base means no potholes and no potholes means no trip hazards. We all know how important the elimination of hazards is to commercial property owners and maintenance companies.

-- Another benefit with the Streetprint Textured Asphalt system is the non slip characteristic. This is a direct result of the Micro Texture of the coated surface which is due to the highly textured and gritty nature of the coatings. This can sometimes aid in the elimination of common slip and falls, especially in wet and rainy environments.
